Speak Truthfully

This is a big one. This is where we step out into the world and announce who we are. To speak one’s truth requires the silence gained by being present, paying attention and listening deeply. It is the truth within and without. For me it is about speaking the truth of who I am, what I am, what I want and what I don’t want. This truth-telling must exist to live authentically.
